(30) Too many domain names, or too much thought?!

New domain name…

Recently Wales are deciding whether or not, they should adapt a .wales (or .cymru) domain name. Yes, it does narrow a website down, but it also means that users will (probably) need to know where all the homenations are. For example, a business leader in Europe, will need to know which part of the UK/ or country Wales belongs to – how else can they travel? Would you be able to tell where .murcia was, if Spain where to also adapt regional domain names – that’s the hint.

Technology = lazy life

Then again, we could be looked at as being lazy. Why do we (who use ICTs) need to know such information. Is this a good thing?…
